2020: A Year In Review - JENNAKPHOTOS, NJ Photographer

WHAT A YEAR...

2020 was a year unlike any other, literally. The year started off like any other year, until a pandemic happened and changed everyone’s life. 2020 was rough for everyone, as many faced hardships throughout the year. Since the year is over, I would like to share some of my favorite photos/news from the year. 

MASK PHOTOS

One of the biggest accessories of the year, masks, made an appearance in many family photos! Here are just a few of my favorite mask photos from sessions this year.

PORCH PORTRAIT SESSIONS

To start off the year, I offered porch portrait sessions, which is where I really got my name out there! I gained such a huge following and a huge clientele that I am so grateful for. These sessions were so much fun and a perfect way to spend time during quarantine!

PAINTING SESSIONS

Back in June, I offered my first setup of the year, painting sessions! Although these sessions are very messy, they were so much fun and I was able to capture so many smiles during these sessions. I hope to bring this setup back for 2021!

LEMONADE STAND SESSIONS

This summer I photographed a few lemonade stand photos with so many great children! These sessions were so much fun, and I loved seeing the children’s faces when they ate the lemon ;)

BACK TO SCHOOL MICRO MINI SESSIONS

With an odd start to the school year, I thought it would be so much fun to offer micro mini sessions for children to get a chance to get their “school” photos taken, since many did not have the opportunity to this year!

FLOWER FIELD SESSIONS

These sessions may have been one of my FAVORITES from the year! I love how so many of these photos turned out, and the flower field location was perfect! 

FUNDRAISER SESSIONS

This year I was able to photograph a ton of families back to back with my fundraiser sessions! I had the honor to photograph families of Lawrence Elementary School, Indian Fields Elementary School, Perry L. Drew School, and Lawrenceville Main Street with these fundraiser sessions! 

FALL SESSIONS

This year I offered various Fall sessions - Fall couples session at Princeton University, a kids pumpkin stand, and a Fall family setup! See the attached photos of my setups from the year for the Fall season!

CANDY CANE STAND SESSIONS

For the holiday season, I offered a candy cane setup for children - it was for sure a favorite of mine!

Although the year has come to an end, 2020 was quite awful and amazing. Thank you to all of the people who have shown support to me for my photography business - whether you have followed me on my journey, liked photos, scheduled a session, thank you so much. I look forward to the new year and to meet some new and old clients!
