Who Gift Certificates are Perfect for:

JENNAKPHOTOS gift certificates are designed to be gifted to someone else, and are great for new parents/parents to be, graduates, milestones, or families who are overdue for photos. You don't always need a reason to justify photos, but a photography session is great for anyone. Whether that person is someone who is never in the photos (but always takes them - moms, I'm looking at you), loves to decorate the home with updated photos, or procrastinates booking a session of their own, a JENNAKPHOTOS gift certificate is a great way to make that happen!

There are two ways to gift a photography session:

Book a specific JENNAKPHOTOS package

Most clients look to this option. You pick the session type you would like to gift, and the gift certificate will cover that package.

Gift a set dollar amount

If you want to give the recipient some more flexibility, you can also purchase a gift certificate with JENNAKPHOTOS for a set dollar amount.

The amount can then be used towards a session package of their choice, to upgrade their experience with adds on (such as extra digital images, the entire gallery of digitals, extra location/travel fees beyond 10 miles from Lawrence, NJ, or a rush fee if they need photos back ASAP).

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Expiration: Gift certificates are valid for ONE year from the date of purchase. The recipient must contact JENNAKPHOTOS and secure their session within this timeframe. Expired gift certificates cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.
  • Non-refundable: All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the value cannot be returned, transferred to for cash, or exchanged.
  • What's Covered: The gift certificate can be purchased for a session package, or a set dollar amount (that can be applied towards a session package or add ons). This will be stated on the physical gift certificate
  • Additional Fees: Gift certificates cover the session and images included in the selected package (if the gift certificate is purchased for a session package). Any additional charges (such as digital images, full gallery upgrade, travel beyond the included 10 mile radius, rush editing, or location fees) are the responsibility of the recipient, unless you are interested in pre-paying for this prior (if so, this will be stated on the physical gift certificate).
  • Session Availability: Scheduling is subject to JENNAKPHOTOS calendar availability. Popular months (such as spring and fall timeframe) book quickly, so recipients are encouraged to book early. Gift certificate recipients are not guaranteed a specific session or specific dates.
  • If you are looking to a gift a session for a specific date for someone, please run that by JENNAKPHOTOS first to ensure I have the availability.
  • No Cash Value or Partial Refunds: Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and hold no cash value.
  • Pricing Policies: Gift certificates purchased with 2025 pricing will be honored at the session rate listed on the certificate.
  • Client Policies and Contract: The recipient of the gift certificate agrees to sign a standard photography contract and agree to all policies prior to the session.

Physical Gift Certificates

Once the gift certificate is purchased, I can send a physical gift certificate to your mailing address (and you can gift it to the person you love). These gift certificate cards are great to display on the fridge as a reminder, or to tuck into a thoughtful card.

How to Purchase a Gift Certificate:

If you're ready to gift a session (or a set dollar amount) to someone, here's how to get started:

  1. Review the pricing/packages on the investment page. Let me know the following:
  2. Who the gift is for (you can keep it general if it is a suprise).
  3. Whether you'd like to gift a package or dollar amount
  4. If you are a past client of JENNAKPHOTOS (I'd love to add on the past client 10% off discount)
  5. Your physical mailing address (so I can send the physical copy).
  6. Once your message is received, I will respond if I have any clarifying questions, and then send over an invoice via email.
  7. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive automatic confirmation emails. I will prepare and mail your physical gift certificate to your mailing address.
