Another TCNJ session in the books! I had so much fun photographing my friend, Emily, for her undergraduate graduation photos on The College of New Jersey campus. As an Early Childhood Special Education major, we wanted her photos to reflect her major, but also feel fun and playful!

We started our session by hitting some campus must-haves. As an education major, taking photos in front of the School of Education was a must. We captured a variety of shots on the side of the building, in the front entrance area, and by the infamous steel sculpture outside of the Education Building. The sculpture, which symbolizes growth, building up, and the future, felt like the perfect backdrop for someone about to begin her career shaping young minds!

From there, we explored more of campus. We made a stop at the library and took some photos under the tunnel with the library arches - it's such a gorgeous hidden gem at TCNJ!

Of course, it wouldn’t be a TCNJ grad session without visiting Green Hall. It’s iconic for a reason, and it always makes for the perfect classic graduation portrait backdrop. We captured a mix of traditional cap-and-gown shots along with some celebratory, candid moments that showed off Emily’s personality.

Since TCNJ education majors are required to dual major, we also incorporated her second area of study. Emily’s dual major is in Psychology, so we made our way to the School of Humanities and Social Sciences to snap a few photos there as well!

Lastly, we ended at the iconic Roscoe statue by the Brower Student Center. It’s such a fun and recognizable campus landmark, and it was the perfect final stop to wrap up her session.

We captured so many amazing shots during this session! From posed portraits to playful, personality-filled moments. Take a look at some more favorites below!
